I discovered UX while living in South Korea where I taught English as a second language for two years. I found that I enjoyed creating positive experiences that excited my students in the digital world of online learning and in physical classroom environments. I wanted my next career path upon my contract completion to further explore the creativity of designing experiences.
UX called my name and I began to unwrap this world of user experience, took the plunge, and set off my new career! I enrolled in an intensive UX online certification with CareerFoundry where I learned all things UX and UI, conducted research, interviewed users, created solutions and built final prototypes and mockups.
The journey to UX has been exciting and rewarding. I can’t wait to see what problems I’ll solve and what products I’ll create in the future.
